Splendido casale immerso nella natura

Casa Francesca è uno splendido casale del primo 900 immerso in un parco privato, perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Il casale è un bellissimo open space indipendente di oltre 60mq con angolo cottura, salone con caminetto e stufa, un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno. In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.

Il Cottage è situato nella campagna di Venezia, separato dalla casa padronale dal giardino e completamente indipendente. Ideale per una coppia, anche con 1 bambino piccolo. A pochi minuti di MACCHINA dalla stazione dei treni, dove c’è un grande parcheggio gratuito, (treni frequenti) e in 20 minuti vi troverete in centro a Venezia. Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Dear guests, W E L C O M E ! House E@J is a newly renovated old Istrian house, with 2 bedrooms in the small village of Muntrilj near Tinjan. The house was renovated in 2022 and will delight you with its antique-modern charm. The kitchen and living room are leading to the relaxe zone, a terrace with a barbecue and the pool. The beach and the sea are about 20 km away from the house. (20 minutes by car) Poreč. Enjoy our house !
