Modern Beach decor that makes you feel like you are in a vacation resort! When you aren't at the beach you can enjoy the community pool to cool off. Parking for two cars directly under the unit! OCEANFRONT! Contemporary. Private Beach Access.

The perfect place for some peaceful R&R with private beach access! Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). Contemporary décor. Unobstructed ocean views. Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :)
