Deze gezellige hut beschikt over 2 slaapkamers en een loft, waardoor het de perfecte plek is voor je familie en vrienden. Hier ben je op 5 minuten rijden van eenvoudige toegang tot het meer/de haven en het strand en alle voorzieningen die de Country Club biedt, golf, pickleball, tennisbanen, restaurants en meer! Het schattige stadje Chester ligt op 15 minuten rijden, waar je winkels, kringloopwinkels, cafés, restaurants en Timber House Brewery vindt.

The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Lakefront home! Located in the Lake Almanor West. We have a buoy but not a dock, for a boat when the water level is high enough. The house sits off the road, to offer privacy. The views and outside seating are absolutely stunning! There is so much to do in the area that you'll never be bored.
