Η VILLA βρίσκεται στην Αλυκή Βοιωτίας και αποτελεί συχνά έναν από τους πιο αγαπητούς προσδιορισμούς των επισκεπτών μας. Επίσης , η απόσταση την οποία θα διανύσει ο επισκέπτης μας από το σπίτι έως την παραλία είναι 150 μέτρα σε 3 μόλις λεπτά. Για να μπορέσετε να απολαύσετε το φαγητό σας σε οποιαδήποτε ώρα υπάρχουν ωραίες και παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες , cafe bar- restaurant , σουβλατζίδικα και καφετέριες. Ε ίναι 250 τ.μ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 8 μέχρι 10 άτομα, διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 WC, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 τζάκι , μπάρμπεκιου, πάρκινγκ, μεγάλες βεράντες , υπέροχο κήπο , πισίνα και μπιλιάρδο. Απέχει μόλις 8 λεπτά, με το αυτοκίνητο, από το λιμάνι και το κέντρο. Αποτελεί ιδανική επιλογή για φίλους και οικογένειες.

A Stone Cottage with Pool on the Island of Evia

Villa Semele is a traditionally-built stone cottage on the unspoilt Greek island of Evia. It is set in an acre of land, features a spacious living area and kitchen with exposed chestnut beams and ceiling, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), both with en-suite bathrooms, a pool and a spacious terrace offering idyllic views. It is some 700m from the nearest (secluded) beach and is only 90 minutes’ drive from Athens airport.
