Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. The villa is located in a quiet community within easy walking distance of Schinias National Park, the Olympic Rowing centre and some of the best beaches in Attiki. Guests have exclusive access to the entire ground floor (including verandas), the swimming pool and sunbathing area, and to the garden which is full of shady trees and Mediterranean herbs. The house is the perfect place to chill out on holiday or to use as a base to explore the sights of nearby Athens and the surrounding area.

Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι 140 τ.μ. στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται κοντά στο βουνό Πάρνηθα, ανάμεσα στα πεύκα, με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την Αθήνα ενώ απολαμβάνουν τη φύση. Το κέντρο της Αθήνας απέχει 23 χιλιόμετρα και είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο, περίπου 25 λεπτά (το πιο γρήγορο μέσο), αλλά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, περίπου 1 ώρα και 10 λεπτά (1 λεωφορείο και μετρό).

Maria’s Mansion 3 m from the SEA 🇬🇷

Ο περιβάλλων χώρος της βίλας ο οποίος είναι δύο στρέμματα, προσφέρεται για ξεκούραση, χαλάρωση και ηρεμία.Έχετε επίσης το προνόμιο να δοκιμάσετε φρέσκα φρούτα από τα δέντρα του κήπου. Υπάρχει γκαράζ για δύο αυτοκίνητα μέσα στο χώρο της βίλας. Το γρήγορο wifi ειναι ένα από τα ατού του σπιτιού. Υπάρχει μπάρμπεκιου εξωτερική κουζίνα και τουαλέτα που μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε καθώς είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένα!!!!
