Located in the conservation area, with no direct access for cars, the only noise one hears is the wind and the occasional seagull flying overhead.

This recently refurbished luxurious ground floor apartment is just 200 yards from the Famous Old Course. The apartment sleeps four and has one double and one twin bedroom, there is large stylish lounge with period features, a gas fire, large television and unlimited WI-FI. There is a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower enclosure. There is also a small fully enclosed courtyard garden to the rear of the property.

Location, location - 12 Golf Place,

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.

St Andrews. Spacious, 4 bedroom town house.

Enjoy a comfortable and relaxed experience at this centrally-located destination. It is a 2 minute walk from the 18th hole on the Old Course and minutes walk from the stylish town centre. Greyfriars Townhouse was built on the remains of Greyfriars Friary in 1458. It is a Victorian listed property, a perfect haven for golfers, family and friends. Retaining many original features.
