In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Double cabins with Finnish hot tubs (Adults only, charges apply for wood/firelighters). Twin cabins pet/child friendly. Double cabins pet/child friendly.

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Waterfront apartment, centrally located with lovely views over looking the Brayford Waterfront, views from the bedrooms of the cathedral and castle. Minutes walk from the train station and high street, a walk up steep hill will take you to the cathedral quarter. Directly opposite on the waterfront you have a choice of numerous bars, restaurants and a cinema, the university & Engine Shed venue. Due to the central city centre location you may experience some foot fall noise, evenings/weekends.

This beautiful, lakeside lodge overlooks a stunning lake, golf course and tranquil Nature Trail beyond for walks.. Its peaceful ambiance makes it perfect for holiday guests to chill. The well-equipped cottage opens onto a spacious decking area, furnished with dining and relaxing seating, an amazing pergola and bbq. Leading to the private dock, it allows fishing from the lake. Stylish, contemporary cottage with incredible views over the lakes and the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. Located on a 44 acre country park it truly is a beautiful location for all the family to enjoy. Being near the water gives guests the opportunity to spot an array of wildlife including Kingfishers and Deer. The countryside location provides an array of activities for all (coarse fishing is included) and we are only a short journey from the coast and its stunning sandy beaches.

56 Pentney Lakes is a bespoke log cabin situated directly on the lake of the popular Pentney Lakes site. This airy and modern cabin has four large bedrooms (2 en-suite) and will sleep 8-10 quests. The downstairs has a games room( Playstation 2 & 3, Wii and board games), entrance hall and large open plan living space containing a luxury kitchen, dining space and sofa area. The living space has two large bi-fold doors that open out onto the outside decking area with hot tub.
