De inrichting is eclectisch en vintage. Het grootste deel van de vloer is ook nieuw. Het strand en de kliffen liggen op slechts 2 minuten lopen. Het terrein van 1/4 hectare wordt gedeeld met een secundaire eenheid, zoals je kunt zien op de foto 's die worden bezet door mijn zus.

De woning is ontworpen met alle moderne gemakken en ligt op minder dan vijf minuten lopen van Love Lane (het charmante centrum van Mattituck), Veteran 's Beach (een van de beste stranden van Northfork) en het treinstation Mattituck. Het is een plek om te ontspannen, tot rust te komen en te genieten van alles wat North Fork te bieden heeft.
