Welkom in ons blauwe appartement een Rustig, comfortabel appartement met één slaapkamer geschikt voor 4 personen. Eigen slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met comfortabel matras en twee kleine kasten om je spullen te behouden. Woonkamer heeft twee tweepersoonsbedden, tv en bureau. Kitchenette is voorzien van benodigdheden voor een snelle maaltijd en koffiezetapparaat. Je kunt ook genieten van de gedeelde achtertuin met de vuurplaats. Houd er rekening mee dat als je na onze uitchecktijd blijft, er een extra nacht in rekening wordt gebracht.

Geweldig uitzicht op Great South Bay met toegang tot Shorefront en Rider Parks. Deze Ranch heeft een onbelemmerd uitzicht op de Shorefront Band Shell. Bekijk concerten en zonsondergangen vanuit het comfort van je patio. Loop naar de Patchogue Beach Club en geniet van het zwembad en het strand. Deze open woning heeft 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer, een gerenoveerde badkamer en een keuken. De keuken heeft roestvrijstalen apparaten, een gootsteen op de boerderij en een slagersblok aanrecht met natuurlijke verlichting die het huis zal opfleuren.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

- Ons strand is privé, sleutel en strandtag meegeleverd- (in bruine schuur) Dit huis van 1000+ sf beschikt over een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken, buitendouche en vele eigenaardigheden met een 90 jaar oud huis. De inrichting is eclectisch en vintage. Het grootste deel van de vloer is ook nieuw. Het strand en de kliffen liggen op slechts 2 minuten lopen. Het terrein van 1/4 hectare wordt gedeeld met een secundaire eenheid, zoals je kunt zien op de foto 's die worden bezet door mijn zus.

This property is located behind the owners' home and uses a shared driveway. While the owner is close by to address any issues during your stay, your space allows for total privacy.

De Cottage is een heerlijke ruimte omheind in heggen voor privacy op een terrein van één hectare. Ik heb wel 3 honden, ze worden bewaard in een aparte omheinde ruimte op het terrein. Het huisje ligt op 3 mijl van het centrum van Patchogue, dat geniet van een renaissance. In het warmere weer zijn veel restaurants en culturele activiteiten, evenals toegang tot de veerboot naar Fire Island (Davis Park). Wij zijn ook de 'Gateway' naar The Hamptons.
