It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

Beautiful hiking trails in the woods and along the beachfront. Great places to shop and eat or catch a show at one of New Haven’s renowned museums or broadway theatres or relax. Great restaurants along the shore. Enjoy! We want you to have a relaxing stay with us, free from worry. We are located in a private area, away from public.

- Ons strand is privé, sleutel en strandtag meegeleverd- (in bruine schuur) Dit huis van 1000+ sf beschikt over een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken, buitendouche en vele eigenaardigheden met een 90 jaar oud huis. De inrichting is eclectisch en vintage. Het grootste deel van de vloer is ook nieuw. Het strand en de kliffen liggen op slechts 2 minuten lopen. Het terrein van 1/4 hectare wordt gedeeld met een secundaire eenheid, zoals je kunt zien op de foto 's die worden bezet door mijn zus.
