Echte waterkant – direct op het strand! Deze woning aan de oceaan op het westen is volledig gerenoveerd en behoudt een deel van zijn oorspronkelijke charme uit 1939. Vanuit dit lichte, gezellige huisje met gewelfde plafonds zie en hoor je de oceaan, zie je de adelaars boven het hoofd zweven en zie je zeehonden, otters en reigers. Maak een wandeling voor een kopje koffie in een van de winkels in Davis Bay, op twee minuten lopen. Geniet 's nachts van de prachtige zonsondergangen. We liggen aan de Sunshine Coast Highway, met gemakkelijke toegang tot voorzieningen. Sechelt ligt op slechts 4 min rijden.

Eigen zeezicht open concept studio huisje in het hart van Lower Gibsons. Open leefruimte met gastoestellen, wasmachine en droger en terras met uitzicht op de oceaan. 5 minuten lopen naar alles wat Lower G te bieden heeft; Strand, jachthaven, restaurants, markten, brouwerijen en een yogastudio aan het einde van ons blok. Een oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto's is op aanvraag beschikbaar. Het terras is privé met BBQ. Parkeren kan direct naast de cottage. OPMERKING: Deze accommodatie is alleen voor volwassenen en niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar.

Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

There is no view of the ocean from the cottage. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate.
