Top moderne Villa mit faszinierendem Blick auf das Meer, die Bucht La Cinta und den Tavolara. Ganzjährig nutzbar durch beheizbaren Salzwasserpool, Klimaanlagen und Fußbodenheizung. Seit Juli 2023 ist unser wunderschönes Haus fertig. Es erwartet sie eine gemütliche, modern ausgestattete und luxuriöse Villa mit kleinem Garten und einer traumhaften Sonnenterrasse, auf der ein 4x9m großer Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage zum Schwimmen einlädt. Genießen sie die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

De mediterrane Villa Nina ligt op een rustige locatie aan de rand van het stadje La Padula Sicca. Het bestaat uit 2 vakantieappartementen en straalt Italiaanse flair uit. Dit barrièrevrije appartement heeft een comfortabele woonkamer met een eethoek, een goed uitgeruste keuken, 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer en biedt plaats aan 4 personen. Facilmente raggiungibile, Porto San Paolo dista 15 km dal porto di Olbia e 12 km dall’aeroporto Costa Smeralda. Il mio alloggio appena ristrutturato è il luogo perfetto per le coppie che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare, non rinunciando al comfort. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

Appena ristrutturata (2024) Villa a San Teodoro (costa caddu) 300m dal mare con vista mozzafiato, parcheggio, wifi, piscina e giardino. Tre camere da letto e tre bagni. Patio coperto con ampia veranda e grande tavolo dove poter fare colazioni e cene accarezzati dalla brezza marina. Lettini a bordo piscina per abbronzarsi in tutto relax oppure stare tranquillamente all'ombra avvolti dal verde, dal profumo della macchia mediterranea e dal turchese delle bellissime coste della sardegna.
