Villa Taddei - near and away

Villa Taddei is a beautiful house built in the seventies by my uncle as a second house where to spend relaxing time away from the bustle of the city of Rome. My uncle, who was a veterinary loved nature and this was the perfect place to enjoy his cats and dogs and to work at his garden and plot and enjoy . The garden is huge and it's full of fruit trees: apricots, peaches, plums in summer, pears, apple and lots of oranges and lemons in winter! It really spreads peace and quietness. Villa Taddei is peaceful inside too with its walls totally white, a bright light and a pleasant natural atmosphere. There are 3 double rooms and an extra funny bed under a wall arch in the living room. Other extra beds can also be requested. There are also three bathrooms and a solar shower outside in the garden. There is the place to park up to 4 cars inside the property and the Villa has the automatic garden door and the camara at the door bell. Outside in the garden you have two porches and a stone barbecue and all you need to stay comfortable outdoor, including bikes for your trips. We are close to the coast (4 km) in the southern part of the province of Rome, at the beginning of the Pontine and close to the Castelli Romani. In these parts, it is a little 'history and a bit' legend, Aeneas landed, precisely in Lavinio, today also called Lido di Enea. The location of the villa, which makes it advisable but not essential to have a car, is an excellent base for your visit to Rome, with the advantage of accommodation in the open countryside away from the chaos and congestion and pollution big city. To get to Rome we suggest you arrive by car to EUR, important and interesting suburb south of the city, and then take the metro. In particular, you should take in the vicinity of the villa Via Laurentina and hence the Pontina (SS 148) which continues as Via Cristoforo Colombo in Eur, where there are several metro line B metro (Laurentina, Eur Fermi - most recommended - Eur Palasport, Eur Magliana) and where you can easily park. The total distance by car is about 30 km with a travel time of 20-25 minutes. Another solution is to reach by car or train from Santa Palomba-Pomezia or to Campoleone both about 15 minutes away and from there take the train to Rome Termini (website hidden). The Fiumicino airport is about 40 '. In addition Nearby Rome there are many things of interest and amusement. Meno di due minuti a piedi dal mare Splendido villino ristrutturato, situato nel residence L’ido d’Ulisse al campanile. La villetta dispone di 3 stanze matrimoniali, 2 bagni entrambi con doccia, ampio salone con tv 55 pollici, tavola da pranzo e divano letto. Cucina attrezzata, piccola depandance con letto singolo e armadio, un altra zona esterna lato cucina dove poter pranzare o cenare all aperto. La casa dispone inoltre di Wi- fi, condizionatore e barbeque. Stabilimento residenziale a 50metri

Villa presidenziale, piscina+barbecue, mare a 300m

Villa presidenziale sue 2 livelli, con una grande veranda dove è possibile soggiornare e mangiare, anche utilizzando il barbecue a disposizione. Giardino di 1.500mq con alberi e piscina di 11x5metri con trampolino e scivolo. Nel prezzo è incluso ogni settimana giardiniere per 2h e un controllo dell'acqua della piscina. Al piano principale grande salone, veranda molto illuminata, lavanderia, cucina e bagno di servizio. Al piano superiore le 5 stanze con 4 bagni dotati di bidet e vasca o doccia.

Villa con piscina condominiale

Gorgeous villa surrounded by the green woods of Colle Romito (RM), with private garden, with swimming pool (CLOSED AT THE MOMENT, av. since June/Sept (ask for the actual calendar) and tennis field, it's perfect for a very relaxing vacation. Very close to the main services like supermarket, bars and restaurants, 900 mt far from the main beaches. At 12 minutes from Anzio and Nettuno, with shuttle services from and for the train station which allows to reach Rome in 40 minutes and viceversa.

L'Olivaia

A few kilometers from Rome, a corner of paradise surrounded by greenery, a design villa with a small private swimming pool. A large eat-in kitchen equipped with all comforts, large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom can accommodate 4 people plus the possibility of adding 2 guests on the sofa bed. A stone's throw from Rome but also from Anzio and Nettuno, L’Olivaia is the ideal place to relax with a good glass of wine overlooking a magnificent olive grove.

La Villa offre una piscina ad uso esclusivo, ampio giardino attrezzato (lettini, giochi per bambini, patio, doccia esterna con acqua calda, barbecue…) e vasca idromassaggio (con pagamento extra). Al piano terra doppio salone, angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, una con un ampio terrazzo con salottino, 2 bagni (1 con doccia, 1 con vasca). È un luogo ideale per rilassarsi, godersi il sole e la piscina a circa 1km dal mare.
