"GET YOUR BEACH ON!!" Ground floor, 2 BR, 2 Bath.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

2BR/2BA Condo near Beach access

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Beachfront Condo, Pool, Hot Tub!

This gorgeous 3rd floor, beachfront, condo has recently been renovated. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with unbelievable gulf views from the living area and master bedroom. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. The balcony can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal at home. There are 2 pools and a hot tub on site as well!

The Happy Heron-Oceanfront

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

3/3 2nd floor Gulf front in lovely South Padre; beautifully furnished/decorated. Easily sleeps 8; 2 primary bedrooms (king-sized beds and adjoining bath). Comfortable for 2 families. Recent remodeling of primary baths and kitchen. Local artist watercolors throughout. Large deck overlooking Gulf with propane grill, loungers, outside dining space. Fully stocked for cooking, in condo washer/dryer. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Ask about our active military discount!

Santuario Siesta Suite

This unique space is right in the entertainment district, close to all the bayside dining and entertainment and just over a block to beach access. Spacious, yet cozy, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind or hang out on the gorgeous backyard patio and enjoy the flowers and fountain. You won't find another place like this on the island with its eclectic, fun decor and central location. We would love to host you in this space we call home when we're on the island.

3 Bedroom Beachfront Penthouse 4U! Beach is Open!

The Sky Castle is your 11th floor penthouse in the sky with Three large bedrooms, the Master has a king size bed with its own private seating area for some quiet time or television watching. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. The third has 2 twins. Property amenities include a roof top pool (3 ft deep at shallow end) on the south side of the building so is receives sunshine from sunrise to sun set year round. There is a hot tub on the north side.
