The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon, and the caravan is an extra with 2 beds. Please note we are not a party house and expect our guests to respect the house and surrounding environment.

Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

The Horsebox

You will love the peaceful surroundings of this amazing and unusual destination. The Horsebox is a unique place to stay on a fabulous lake side, with tranquil views over the water to the hills. A fishing platform and seating area. There's a toilet and handwashing sink inside as well as a kitchen (with fridge, microwave, kettle, hob and grill), living room, bed above the cab (futon for extra guests in living rm) and a super drop down front onto the lake. This is a very high spec brand new campervan costing over £45000 This vehicle has a thermostated heater similar to the one you use at home. It even works when your not on a campsite, ideal for those cosy winter nights. Our insurance is valid for ages 23-75 with a driving licence held more than 2 years unless not from the UK (see countries listed below).

Archie is a charming bespoke shepherd’s hut, set in its own garden space at the top of our shared garden area. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.
