Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

This well-appointed home, from chef’s kitchen Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, to the Serena and Lily bedding, to the coastal / modern furniture, provides you and your family a welcoming environment. Second, 3rd floor apartment. Apartment includes a master bedroom with a full sized bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Private bathroom. There is a dining area with refrigerator, sink,microwave,induction hot pate convection toaster oven, coffee maker, french press dining table,Alexa and LCD TV. The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES.

The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

The home was created for that perfect couples getaway with it large comfy king bed on adjustable frame which looks one to barnyard doors. They open to an elegant chandelier lite soaking tub complete with the bubbles . On the his and her vanities you will find robes and towels for your use as well as other soaps and sundries ( robes are available for purchase). Of course there is also a shower and washer and dryer . Your 4 legged family are complementary but limited to 2 max 50lbs

We are also only a one-mile walk to the beautiful Swarthmore College Campus. We are 2.5 miles from I-476, I-95, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Springfield Mall. The PHL airport is 15 minutes away.
