This unique one-bedroom apartment is located right on the water, with a private beach and a million-dollar view of the horizon and the Elafiti Islands. Only if you would be on a boat, you would actually be closer to the sea. You literally only need ten steps from your bedroom to get to the sea. The terrace is ideal for lazy sunny days, as it is just inches from the sea and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The historical old center of Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and it is easily accessible.

Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

The apartment is in a building on a seaside. Just the road divide building from the sea, so it is half of the minute walking to the first sandy beach. The building is new, modern architecture, parking secured with gate with remote control. Completely furnished apartment, dishwasher, laundry, everything necessary for long or short stay. All the furniture is high quality, also linen and towels. Come and enjoy in moonlight on a calm sea, viewing it from the terrace of your apartment.

50 meters from the beach, this apartment is located in the center of the Vasto Marina, close to all the necessary services. It is suitable for families, has a wonderful view of the pier, is quiet and very spacious. Recently renovated. A 50 metri dalla spiaggia, questo appartamento e' situato nel centro Vasto marina, vicino a tutti i servizi necessari. E' adatto alle famiglie, ha una vista meravigliosa sul Pontile, è tranquillo e molto spazioso. Recentemente ristrutturato.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. Confortevole appartamento situato nel prestigioso contesto di un palazzo di fine 700 nel corso Garibaldi, “salotto buono” dell'antico borgo marinaro di Castellammare del Golfo. La posizione centrale consente di raggiungere a piedi negozi, ristoranti, banche e tutti i monumenti di questa straordinaria località, a 102 gradini dal porto turistico e marinaro (possibilità di acquistare tutte le mattine in loco, dai pescatori il pesce appena pescato).

It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement.
