You'll enjoy the peace & sound of the surrounding woodland, whilst being minutes from downtown. Ample parking & space to make memories. Make this your next & only stay when you come enjoy PIB. *attention boaters-- plenty of room but it is a narrow and hilly drive to the home. **Absolutely no parties.

Enjoy the short drive from Cedar Point after a long day at the park. Has the potential to be booked with our other listing (that is next door) for larger group trips still wanting some privacy/separation. Cottage No. 6 ☼

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.
