Nice Villa: Pool, AC, Wifi, Ping pong, Bbq, Piano

Cozy villa with a large terrace and beautiful views with access control to the property. Enjoy the private pool (salt electrolysis system) and barbecue in a large garden. The villa is located on a fenced estate of 20 hectares (200,000 m2) of farmland and Mediterranean forest, where you can enjoy horses and a herd of sheep. Relaxing views far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centers and only 10-minute drive from Alcudia Bay and Muro beach, one of the most impressive of the island.

Casa Oliveras sea views and beach access

Traditional Mallorcan house, 3km from Deia, coast line with breathtaking views over looking Mediterranean see, oozing rustic charm, in the heart of ancient olive groves, 3 mn walking to an idyllic sea cove with crystalline waters, private swimming pool, amazing sunset. Utter peace. Lately, we added a barrier with a code to enter and exit that provides a much more privatized access to the sea. A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.

Villa Inés se encuentra en un entorno residencial, en lo alto de una pequeña colina , con vistas despejadas a toda la Bahía de Alcudia. La situación es idónea, ya que se encuentra a 2 min para el acceso a la autopista. 30 min a Palma, 15 a las playas de Puerto de Alcudia , Muro , Can Picafort y Pollensa. VIlla Inés ha sido reformada en el año 2020, y cuenta con las mayores comodidades que se puedan ofrecer actualmente. Wifi gratuito, piscina y zona chill para las noches estrelladas.
