Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bush-land. The best beach in Port Stephens is very close. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO dogs on beds or lounges. NO dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO electric scooters allowed!!

Isla Villa Beach House - Shoal Bay

A large resort style house with a heated salt water pool, fire place and ducted air conditioning system. This spacious home is situated in an ideal location in stunning Shoal Bay. The shopping and restaurant strip (including Shoal Bay Country Club) is just a 10 minute walk away. Wreck Beach is a short stroll from the backyard of the property (temporarily closed due to flood damage to the track). Mount Tomaree as well as Zenith and Box Beach can also be accessed by foot from the backyard.

Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Serenity on Shoal Bay Rd is perfect for a beach side getaway for couples or families. It is situated 4 minutes’ walk from Nelson Bay shops, d'Albora Marinas & Little Beach. It sleeps 8, has an open plan living areas, full size kitchen (including dishwasher) & essential meal preparation equipment (some basic pantry items). The indoor dining seats 8 people & private courtyard has a dining table & BBQ. Guest also have access to the communal pool (refer to open times)

Beautiful garden cottage only 250m from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the legendary Shoal Bay Country Club. Due to work I can’t be on site at all times to sort out linen. Please bring your own sheet sets and towels, toiletries. I can arrange linen and towels through a 3rd party at an additional cost, just ask and I’ll get you a price. Welcome to our Kookaburra Cabin! It is a studio cabin with a soft Queen bed, Kitchen, Bathroom with full shower, TV (Netflix and Disney+ and a table for two.) The Cabin is located in the back of an established home with on street parking available or private space out the back. Small but has everything you need for a short stay, light, cozy and comfortable.
