Talloze voorzieningen waaronder een keuken met vaatwasser, grote koelkast. 3 slaapkamers, 2 complete badkamers en gemeenschappelijke leefruimte. Ideaal voor watersporters of het bijwonen van evenementen in Port Jefferson, Stony Brook of waar dan ook op Long Island. We liggen op één minuut rijden of tien minuten lopen van Port Jefferson Harbor en Ferry Dock. Centraal gelegen op LI voor gemakkelijke toegang tot LI-spoorweg- en busroutes.

Het historische huis uit 1813

Dit historische huis in Port Jefferson Village is onlangs gerestaureerd en heeft alle voorzieningen van vandaag. Met 3 slaapkamers en 2 complete badkamers, een korte wandeling naar het drukke dag- en nachtleven van Main Street. Bekijk de zonsopgang vanuit de bovenste slaapkamer over de haven en kijk naar veerboten als ze de hele dag aankomen. Lees een boek in de prachtige volledig houten zitkamer of neem een bad in het onlangs gerestaureerde gietijzeren pootbad. Dit huis biedt rustige sereniteit met een optie om het dorp te verkennen.

Perfect voor soloreizigers of koppels. Deze nieuwe, gezellige studio is onderdeel van een groter huis, maar volledig zelfstandig met een eigen ingang. Binnen vind je: - Een comfortabele woonkamer met een uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed en stoelen - Een keuken met benodigdheden voor licht koken - Een eigen badkamer met douche, handdoeken en toiletartikelen - Snelle wifi en een flatscreen tv Hoewel vastzitten aan onze woning, is je ruimte privé. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, dicht bij bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en vervoer.

Onze locatie in Centereach Long Island, NY is gewoon dat...In het centrum van Long Island Dus of u wilt bezoeken de lokale stranden of trakteer uzelf op een aantal welverdiende winkelen Deze locatie heeft het allemaal, Musea, winkelcentra, Tanger Outlets, Wine Country, The Hamptons, En New York City zijn allemaal in de buurt. Het is ook gunstig gelegen op slechts een paar kilometer van SUNY Stony Brook als je van plan bent om het college te bezoeken

Kleine, gezellige accommodatie in de buurt van het strand voor een stel.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

- Ons strand is privé, sleutel en strandtag meegeleverd- (in bruine schuur) Dit huis van 1000+ sf beschikt over een onlangs gerenoveerde keuken, buitendouche en vele eigenaardigheden met een 90 jaar oud huis. De inrichting is eclectisch en vintage. Het grootste deel van de vloer is ook nieuw. Het strand en de kliffen liggen op slechts 2 minuten lopen. Het terrein van 1/4 hectare wordt gedeeld met een secundaire eenheid, zoals je kunt zien op de foto 's die worden bezet door mijn zus.

We hebben contactloze incheckprocedure en volledige eigen ingang. Neem contact met ons op als je vragen hebt! Grote schone studioruimte die volledig privé is van de hoofdverblijfplaats. Privébadkamer met toiletartikelen inbegrepen. Dicht bij stranden, winkels en SUNY ziekenhuis en campus met de auto of bus. Pull-out loveseat met twin size matras beschikbaar tegen een toeslag. (Reserveer hiervoor voor '3 gasten', ongeacht de bezetting, dus we weten dat we het bed moeten klaarmaken.)
