Elegante, moderno, confortevole, funzionale e dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto per ogni viaggiatore, (single, coppie e famiglie che viaggiano per vacanza o lavoro). Ideale anche per una “fuga romantica.” Posizione strategica, a pochi metri dal lungomare cittadino e pochi minuti a piedi dalla centralissima Piazza Pitagora. Qualsiasi luogo di interesse della città è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Area totalmente free-parking.

The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

Leefruimte en ingerichte keuken met wasmachine/droogkast, vaatwas, koelkast, oven, inductie kookplaat. 2 slaapkamers met dubbele bedden en ruime kasten. This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. Relax on your private garden terrace, enjoy the late morning sun, have an aperitivo while watching the sunset. From this residential area of the oldest part of Pizzo's centro storico it's just a 2 min walk to the lively main square with a good choice of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The local beach is a 10-15 min walk downhill.
