This Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free parking. The villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere. There is air conditioning in the whole house. Step outside and have a barbecue, there is a swimingpool and garden area. In only 10 min. Driving by car you will reach the city center and in 15 min the crystal clear waters of the beaches Alcúdia or Pollença. Swimmingpool dimension are: 13 m long x 6 meters wide. Max capacity 8 adults + 2 kids (under 2 years old)

Stone villa with mountain views and quiet

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Palma, pool, near beach ,jacuzzi,no car need,golf

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
