It enjoys amazing sunrises and sunsets, cool and comforting year-round breezes, idyllic views of the mountains and surrounding country side. The 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Cottage is newly constructed, completed in late 2019.

Soultan River Breeze is a working farm and guesthouse. We raise chickens, rabbits, goats, and pigs and grow grapefruit, guava, papaya, avocado, yams, spinach, seasoning peppers, eggplant, cabbage, lettuce, carrot, tomato, tania, sorrel, cristopheen, dasheen, plantain, and borrow banana/cocoi. The guesthouse is on the second level and features 9 rooms with their own bathrooms. There is a kitchen that guests can use to cook and store food equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, stove, and pantry.
