Sun Bum, in the William & Mary condo complex, is a 2 bed, 2bath, 3rd floor oceanfront condo in Carolina Beach, perfect for a family of 6. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all ocean front with a large deck for relaxing and enjoying the views. The first bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with an adjoining full bath. The master has a queen sized bed with a private en suite bath. Private beach access as well as outdoor shower and parking included. Non-smoking unit, no pets allowed.

Welcome to this beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath updated condo, with pool, close to the famous Carolina Beach boardwalk. The deck overlooks the ocean and provides AMAZING views, and there's a private walkway to the beach. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk and many other bars and restaurants. The unit is freshly renovated with a light and modern feel and is a true oceanfront paradise. Stay here and enjoy relaxing on the deck, listening to the waves, and watching for dolphins!

Stunning Oceanfront condo(612)

Oceanfront with Beautiful panoramic Ocean views on the first floor. It has 4 separate beds for comfortable sleeping. Very short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk/restaurants. Nice size deck with new Polywood rocking chairs and table. Plenty of beach chairs available. There is a full size W/D in the unit. This unit is on the first floor but you still have to walk up one flight of stairs. There is parking for two cars. Convenient 10 minute walk to the boardwalk(10 Minutes)
