Drinks & Nightlife
Right across the street from my favorite coffee shop, this is what I like to call, and "adult" bar. Small, intimate, and warm. The owners always give a personal touch and the food is simple and DELICIOUS. The decor is gorgeous, and if it's nice out, their patio and super cool metal "EARTH" fire pit is awesome.

The owners always give a personal touch and the food is simple and DELICIOUS. The decor is gorgeous, and if it's nice out, their patio and super cool metal "EARTH" fire pit is awesome.
Awesome beverages. Beautiful space. Killer food. Cool game room. Historic building and also really really close to home!

My favorite place for a whiskey chai. This bar, located in the historic Monte Vista Hotel downtown is really nice, and it's opened ALL day for libations and pretty good coffee, as well as an excellent tea selection. When I used to work night shift in the ER, this was my 7am "happy hour" spot when I got off work. We'd all meet up there in the morning for a cocktail before bed and to decompress. Great local and tourist hangout alike.
