Located in Highgate - its our favourite pub. The Flask is very traditional with roaring log fires, good food and drinks and is dog friendly. It has a big garden with heaters where you can eat and drink. The Flask is also opposite where George Michael used to live and the memorial garden is maintained beautifully. Worth a visit.

Alexandra Palace and Park is a great place for walks - there are views right across London. There is a pub called The Phoenix - where you can get drinks and food and sit outside to look at the views. There are also a plethora of events, fairs, concerts and festivals going on throughout the year.

Highgate Wood is a short walk away from our house. I walk the dogs there most days - it's an enclosed woodland with a big open space and a cafe in the middle. Great for walks and especially picnics in the summer. Lots of wildlife, flora and fauna.

Great for walks, picnics and getting away from it all. Kenwood House serves food and drinks. There are lakes, swimming ponds and tennis courts. As well as farmers markets and events here throughout the year. Kenwood also hosts open air concerts in the summer months.
