The Löw-Beer Villa in Brno is the youngest branch of the Museum of the Brno Region. From 1913 to 1939 it was owned by Alfred Löw-Beer, Jewish industrialist and trader in textiles, who gave his daughter Greta part of the plot of land at the end of the 1920s, where she and her husband Fritz Tugendhat had a house built between 1929 and 1930 – today the world-famous Villa Tugendhat.
