Lovely leisurely hike through woods, with gorgeous falls to one side running the whole way. Swimming hole a little beyond where the two streams cross.

State Park Lake 3.5 miles down the road from the Yurt. Watch for the eagles and herons. Boat and kayak launch off of Randall road. There is a gazebo at this location for lake gazing as well.
Or sit on the dam with a picnic and watch the sun go down and the moon rise. Slip into the water for a quick dip.

Gate 22 is a favorite. No swimming, but boats are for rent and fishing is allowed. Spectacular spot with super interesting history.
Park at bottom for relatively steep 800ft hike/bike up on winding road, or drive to top and park . Breathtaking views, BBQ's and picnicking.
