City/town information
White Rock is a beautiful suburb of Vancouver and boasts great beaches with kayak and stand up paddle board rentals, great trails, and fantastic restaurants, many with ocean views. We are 2 blocks from shopping including grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, and restaurants. There are great mountain bike trails in Sunnyside, about 2 blocks from our house. 4 mins walk to the South Surrey Athletic park. There are tennis courts, arena, curling rink and public gyms within blocks. We are about 1 hour drive from downtown Vancouver and are also very close to the bus which takes you to Canada Line, which takes you to Vancouver in just over 1 hour.

Parks & Nature
This park has one of the best playgrounds in the area, as well as some walking trails, a community center, and a running track. The forest trails in this park will take you all the way down to White Rock Beach on a relatively easy trail.
