The beach is accessible by a handicap accessible ramp and boardwalkto get to the water and the dunes and overlooks. The beach is also accessible by walking south from Pere Marquette Park on Lake Michigan.

This naval history museum is located along the Muskegon Channel and includes a tour of the World War II submarine. We've done the museum and sub tour more than once - it's worth a morning or an afternoon!
