This is our local town. Great views. It has the smallest theatre in the world. Local restaurant is Colpo di Scena. You can hike up to Montecastello using the back road (3k steep hill). You can also drive up - go slowly as it is a country road!

One friend told us the tasting menu for 60 euro was worth tripple that and said the chief is well on his way to a Michelin Star. We went in April 2022 and it really lives up to its reputation. The Chief is young and just back from San Francisco where he trained in a Michelin three star. Please let us know what you think .

Our Local Chef
One of the most relaxing ways to enjoy the Villa is to have some meals prepared for you. We added this service last season and guests love it. If you want to stay late by the pool or return from a day trip, it's real luxury to have dinner served at the villa. We normally start with an aperitivo in the garden or by the pool followed by dinner under the pergola. Tushari, our house keeper, is an excellent cook. Tushari has a few sample menus that can also include vegan and vegetarian options. She will do the shopping, prepare the meal, serve and clean afterwards - the guest pays for the shopping and Thushari charges 60 total for up to 5 people and 80 euros total for up to 8 people.
