Walk to many local places or just a short drive
Once you arrive in Hollywood Beach you can park your car and walk to many great restaurants and to the Marina for water based activities.
To stock up on groceries we recommend the local VONS which is around 5 minutes by car or Trader Joes and Whole Foods which are both 15 minutes away.
The neighborhood is very amenable to biking - very few cars and safe for children. You can bicycle around the Marina and also north into the Oxnard Shores neighborhood.

The Oxnard Beach park is just a 10 minute walk north of the home - go past the hotel and the park is there. Great wide open spaces with grass adjacent to the ocean.
