Delicious coffee and good English tea. Owned by a Canadian couple. They have a playroom for young children so it is a favorite for young mothers and families. Good place to work as WiFi is available. They have good baked goods and breakfast. It is a convenient drive-through on the way to the airport.

The food here is authentic and excellent, it is a little hole-in-the-wall locally run restaurant everything is freshly cooked and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. Open for lunch and dinner closed on Monday.

Not a particularly fancy place but the fish is fresh and their clam chowder is one of the best I have ever tasted. This too is run by a local family and the service is always good.

Wonderful local park to walk, jog or just sit and enjoy the trees and gardens. It is central and just minutes from the house. It is very well maintained and is our local treasure.

Willow grove is on the Columbia River and is about four miles from down town. There is a beach there great place for picnics and running the dog. There is also a boat ramp and fishing in the Columbia.
