Food scene
The bustling Pedestrian Mall is a short walk away, and it's the heart and soul of the city. The Historic Mission Inn is open to the public and houses several excellent restaurants.
If you like coffee, stop by locally owned Molino's across the street from the Mission Inn. (There's also a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.) Choose from plenty of eateries, such as our favorites: Retro Taco, Simple Simons, Antonius Pizza and the Food Lab, which houses numerous restaurants under one roof.
The Game Lab is an epic arcade where you can play anything from pinball to VR games. Around the corner is the nightlife district on University Ave., with tons of bars and night clubs.
Take a walk on Main St. from Fifth St. to 12th St. and see statues of famous figures, such as Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. End the walk at the beautiful century-and-a-half old neo-classical courthouse.
