Food Scene
This is my favorite restaurant in Sausalito. As an Italian-American, I appreciate good Italian food and this restaurant gets the stamp of approval! The owners are a husband and wife team that hail from Northern Italy and they make it a point to know all their patrons by name. My food recommendation: the Bufalina pizza is a MUST and on Wednesdays/thursdays, the special is lasagna which is made from scratch by the owners; it's the best lasagna I've had besides my aunt's (don't tell my aunt I said that lol) Tell them Jessica sent you :)
**They don't take reservations but are very accommodating!

This is a new coffee shop on the corner of Bridgeway and Johnson. The coffee they serve is local to Marin County and it's hard to beat. The owner is DJ and his staff is super friendly, accommodating and loves visitors from out of town. Grab a cup of coffee and a chocolate croissant and enjoy the coffee shop vibe :) Tell DJ I sent you!!
**The back patio is dog friendly and DJ always has a jar full of dog treats for furry friends!

CIBO is a Sausalito staple. Phenomenal pastries and food menu and the location is hard to beat - right on Bridgeway! I love the avocado toast and they have a great outdoor area that is puppy dog friendly !

Awesome wine bar with a cute little shop attached. They have a fantastic selection of wines and you can stay for a glass (or 2) or leave with a bottle of delicious Chardonnay! Bonus: they love doggies and always have treats ready!

The Sausalito Public Library is located a block over from the house and is a great place for to rent a good fiction novel, the latest best-selling non fiction book, or just to catch up on current events! The offer guest passes and have a business center where you can print and scan documents if needed!

Parks & Nature
For my guests with doggos - This park is a huge open space with great amenities... There is a big and small dog section, tables, benches, tennis balls, water fountains for the pups and an area to sit that is covered if it starts to rain! Everyone is so friendly there and Leo (my frenchie) is a regular :)
