Sightseeing and Food

Interesting places to visit as well as opportunities to enjoy typical food
The Parrasio (from latin Palatium, roman donjon) still maintain a good part of its XVIII century buildings. Its narrow streets (carruggi) lead to the top of the promontory on which the hamlet stands, unraveling its breath-thaking views on the sea. You can also find nice typical restaurant/pizzerias such as l'Armuen, specialized in traditional Ligurian recipes.

Cornerstone of nature-loving tourists, Dolcedo's community intertwined with several north-european visitors (mostly Germans) that fell in love with it's environment, eventually making their home here. In summer, it's vivrant atmosphere offers the opportunity of creating multicultural connections and to gather informations about the various rivers and ponds (e.g. Lecchiore) where you can spend a fresh day off or even camping. Dolcedo is 8,5 km far from Porto Maurizio; it takes just 15 minutes by car. Alternatively, there are buses to Dolcedo from Viale Matteotti: Line 23 (Imperia Oneglia-Dolcedo-Lecchiore); Line 24 (Imperia Oneglia-Dolcedo-Prelà-Villatalla). For more informations on the buses, please check the city bus guide ( http://www.rivieratrasporti.it/Upload/Orari/2018-2019/2018-2019%20Orario%20Invernale%20Generale_4.pdf )
