If you want the best Cajun food and willing to drive to Girdwood, this is definitely worth it. If you are skiing at Alyeska, stop here for dinner. You will wait around 45 minutes if you do not get there early. I recommend getting there 30 minutes before opening. If you get there late, the secret is to get on the list, ask how long, subtract 20 minutes from that, and come then; go to do something else. If its just 2 maybe 4 people, you can always eat in the bar. One trick is get on the list, then start in the bar. They are known for their steak as well.
