Food Scene

You'd be missing out if you visited Cape Town and didn't eat at what has to be one of the most scenic restaurants in town. We recommend booking way ahead for Sunday brunch. They also do excellent cocktails.

We love the Bo-Kaap Kombuis. It's a friendly family run restaurant that serves wonderful Cape Malay cooking, and as it's perched at the top of one of the steepest roads in town, you're in for incredible views of the north face of Table Mountain.

Ocean Jewels is one of my favorite local lunch spots. Try the angel fish - it's amazing!

The Kitchen is a local Woodstock treasure. Michelle Obama visited once, but what makes this gorgeous little eatery famous is it's down to earth deli-style lunches, indulgent breakfasts, and cosy decor. Everything is delicious and you'll want to visit again.
