Sea Salt is on the Encounter Bikeway that follows the spectacular coastline between Victor Harbor and Goolwa. The 31.5km shared path winds its way along from The Bluff (Rosetta Head) in Victor Harbor to The Wharf in Goolwa. Victor Harbor is a coastal town in South Australia. From the waterfront, horse-drawn trams cross the causeway to Granite Island, home to a wild penguin colony. Steam locomotives pull the Cockle Train to nearby Goolwa, a gateway to the wetlands of the Murray River Mouth. Offshore, southern right whales frequent the waters of Encounter Bay.
