Go see a Rockies game! Not hard to find scalpers usually but I'd also recommend the GameTime app or StubHub

Great little park to walk to nearby (5-7 blocks or so)
Great lake to run/walk to. You will see people jogging around it and hanging out enjoying the view!

One of the best Amphitheatres in the world. Go see if a concert if there is someone playing while you are here!
