Het ligt op meer dan een hectare BUITEN de poort van het Rumbling Bald Resort en beschikt over alle voorzieningen die het resort te bieden heeft. Hoewel het misschien afgelegen van de beschaving aanvoelt, ligt het op slechts een paar minuten van het resort. Eigendom is ideaal voor grote gezinsvakanties.
