Recently renovated studio apartment on Hollywood Road. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator and just a few blocks from the famous Man Mo temple. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Soho in a neighborhood full of art galleries and antiques
Lot's of light, a plush soft couch with electric reclining, a bunch of odd Xbox games, Sopranos and Family Guy on the DVD, a gas BBQ for grilling, a nice covered deck to chill out on, a mulberry silk duvet with hotel quality linen, and soft fluffy towels.

I will most likely be out of town when the flat is available, thus the reason for renting it out! However, I will be available via email or phone to provide you with any assitance you need. I'm more than happy to help in any way I can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
Andere dingen waar je op moet letten
You're more than welcome to help yourself to whatever foodstuffs happen to be in the fridge or pantry!
In regards to the shower, it’s a small hot water tank so take your shower quickly! When in the shower, you can keep pushing the faucet left slowly to increase hot water as the hot water starts to go away. Once it gets all the way left, it means you’re out of hot water. I believe it takes about 30 mins to reheat. You can also use lower water pressure to make it last longer.
Please just treat the house and it's contents as you would expect someone to treat your own!
I'm a late thirties finance professional originally from the States but living in Hong Kong now. My ethnic background is Lithuanian and Italian. I've lived worked and achieved a degree on three continents but the most I ever learned was from my experiences traveling. I've been to over 70 countries now and plan to visit every country in the world. I've had my life saved by a Cuban special forces soldier off the coast of Havana, gave a bottle of whiskey to a North Korean general, ballooned over Goreme Turkey, rode a Minsk through the mountains of Sapa Vietnam, survived three car wrecks, petted Bactrian camels in Shangrila, swam with sharks in Belize, and completed five marathons on five continents including Antarctica. I love adventure.
My passion aside from travel is food and drink, both of which I'm very fond of. I couldn't be happier than sharing good food and wine with good friends. I'm also an avid reader and runner but by no means a health nut!
You'll find me to be a very easy going person to host. I've slept in a $2 shed in Guatemala and taken showers out of the back of a toilet in Cuba, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Trust me, your residence is luxury! I'm new to AirBnb and looking to meet some great people and enjoy learning about new cultures as a result!!!
