Beautifully remodeled historic beach box nestled on a quiet side street in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Old OBX charm with a lovely wrap around porch, featuring a huge chefs kitchen with a 6 burner gas range, double ovens and a large island. Space is decorated with pieces from local artists throughout. Large game room on the first floor features a restored 20' shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong and dart board for lots of family fun. Walk to the beach, Avalon Pier or Awful Arthurs in 3 minutes.

Our 3-story oceanside house is in Rodanthe, NC & only 100 steps to the dune, CLOSER than many oceanside homes!!! Our 5 bedrm/3.5 bath home has colorful, beachy decor & is pet- friendly. The top floor living area & deck have amazing beach views & a 6-person hot tub! Located 30 min. to Nags Head or Cape Hatteras Lighthouse & 15 min. to Oregon Inlet & Bodie Island Lighthouse. Also has nearby restaurants, boutiques, water sports, & the Rodanthe Fishing Pier. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. Welcoming beach house with a hot tub, outdoor fire pit, fully fenced in yard, and just 2 Blocks to the Beach! Centrally located near some of the best Restaurants, Shopping, and Beaches. Enjoy our completely remodeled home. Fresh paint, new carpet, renovated kitchen with new appliances and all new mattresses and bedding for 2020. The outdoor spaces are endless. Tons of decking, screened in porch and room to sun bathe. We are a pet friendly house so please feel free to bring your fur babes!

There are 2 living rooms to allow lots of space in this 2,800 sqft home. Awesome off road getaway! You will need 4 Wheel Drive (not awd) vehicle to access the property as there are no roads. Newer construction on the beach in Carova right next to the wild horse preserve. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included. New party deck with hot tub, grill, table, seating and string lights.

Our 2019 home sleeps 7 and sits back from the road on a large lot. We provide a huge outdoor showering room, patio with lounge area and picnic table, gas bar-b-q, Wi-fi, DISH and Roku. Close to Jennette’s Pier and Aquarium, Bodie island light house, Manteo and Oregon Inlet, + Premier Shopping Outlets

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
