Fully furnished, it includes a kitchen with all essentials, plus a Keurig, and Outdoor Grill. Each bedroom has a TV, and there's a large backyard with a covered patio. Close to parks, restaurants, and attractions like Lake Ray Hubbard and The Harbor. Quiet hours from 10PM-9AM (Sun) and 10PM-7AM (Mon-Sat). No parties or events allowed, perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

The house is less than 15 minutes from 3 big lakes, Tawakoni, Ray Hubbard, Lavon convenient for activities such as fishing, boating, picnic, swimming. Its only 10 minutes away form Rockwall harbor where you can have a relax walk to see sunset by the lake or dine at one of multiple fantastic restaurants in the Harbor.

King bed en-suite downstairs pool view w game room

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
