Jonkmanshof is a beautifully-restored Cape Dutch heritage house built in 1854 in the small, picturesque town of Montagu. It is the oldest inhabited house in the town. Jonkmanshof - 20 Bath was recently featured by Condé Nast Traveller as the coolest farmhouse to rent in South Africa and is also featured in the Elle Decoration, France. Come and stay in the second oldest house in Montagu. This heritage Cape Dutch house was built in 1854 and has been carefully renovated to capture the period with a mix of of antiques and contemporary furniture. This creates a feeling of luxury and serenity when you enter the house with its high ceilings and extra large rooms. Condé Naste Traveller who featured the house described it as the coolest farmhouse to stay in SA. There is also the option to rent the whole house exclusively.
