Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

About 30 minutes to Salt Lake City and Provo with quick access to the SLC airport (25 min). 40 minutes to ski areas. Neighborhood is quiet and close playgrounds.

Come experience a part of history as you cozy up in the first Mormon church & school in South Salt Lake. Built in 1880 & restored in 2011, enjoy all the old charm with new and high end luxury. Spacious walk-out basement apartment w/ shared HOT TUB! This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom space has tons of room to spread out and relax - in front of the 65" 4k TV, in the hot tub surrounded by trees and with some views of the city, or in the spacious bedrooms, including one King bed. In the kitchenette you can prep basic meals and be ready for a day of adventure, or stay home and have a foosball tournament. Only 4 min from the freeway and countless local attractions no matter the time of year!

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
