The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. Private bedroom in Manhattan Upper East Side

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Your private room is cozy with fresh linens, comfortable bedding, and plenty of natural light. This is not a polished, empty space but a home filled with character, where every corner has a story. Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

That influence is reflected in the neighborhood’s cultural institutions, shops, restaurants, and markets like Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Numerous parks and works of public art add to the allure while maintaining its community feel and charm with historic and landmarked brownstones, townhouses, and walk-up apartment buildings within tree-lined streets.

It also features remote controlled AC/heat and shares a bathroom in the hallway. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
