Seaside apt in Stazzo (Acireale)

The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

Spacious apartment, recently renovated, in the modern part of the city with a large terrace in front of the sea. Easy access to the sea in the summer time using the nearby public platform or the lava stone beach of San Giovanni li Cuti. Elegant area served by public transport and equipped with many shops, bars and restaurants. Charged parking available in the neighborhood. The historical center can be easily reached either in half an hour walking or taking the subway at the nearby stop.

Situata a metà strada tra Siracusa e Catania, all'interno del residence Baia del Gambero, dista 8 Km da Brucoli, caratteristico borgo di pescatori e 30 Km dall'aeroporto Vincenzo Bellini. As soon as they enter the house, I know with great pleasure that my clients are enchanted by the furniture (which corresponds exactly to the photos on the site). I took care of every detail with love, I want those who stay with me to feel at home, with all the comforts, I also have TV with English sky! Then they find the view wonderful! Going up on the terrace you can enjoy even more and in the evening admire the full moon reflecting on the sea!
