Quiet apartment on the first floor of family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and a short walking distance to the beach yet away from crowded tourist apartment complexes. Living room opens to the balcony facing garden full of Mediterranean greenery. Bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated (spring 2017). The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays.

My little cozy Studio Apartment is suitable for two people. It is newly restaurated (May 2017.) and has separate entrance and little yard with table and chairs in whitch you can chillin and enjoying fresh air. You have a free parking space in front of Apartment. A modern equipped kitchen (electric stove and refrigerator with freezer) will help you to enjoy your cooking on holiday. A pleasant stay in the house gives you air conditioning and contact with rest of the world, free WIFI.

Our apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist agencies are within walking distance.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
