La dolce vita! Geniet van het wondermooie zwembad, de rust en het fantastische uitzicht. Infinity pool van 14x5mt met lounge, bar en buitendouche. Gezellig huis met 3 slaapkamers, elk met airco en eigen badkamer met douche, ruime living met kookhoek en terras met zee- en Etnazicht. Grote mediterraanse tuin. Rustig gelegen met privé-parking bij het dorp Nunziata, 10 min van het strand en een half uurtje van Taormina, Catania en de Etna. Daguitstapjes mogelijk naar Siracusa, Noto en Messina.

Blue mood villa Taormina, Sea view and pool

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

Villa di Design con vista su Etna & Taormina

La villa si trova ai piedi dell'Etna, ma anche a pochi km dal mare, Taormina e Giargini Naxos. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). La posizione è molto strategica, per la sua vicinanza a numerose località turistiche. Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.

Luxury villa Taormina city center with terrace

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

Villa Edera is located on the south-eastern flanks of Mount Etna near the village of Trecastagni. Designed by the French architect Savin Couelle, it is loved for its vaulted ceilings, the harmony of the arches, the refined furnishings and antique furniture. It will surprise you with its lush garden of typically Mediterranean trees, Etnean shrubs, flowers and the large swimming pool.

Casa in stile siciliano totalmente ristrutturata. Fronte mare.Un passaggio privato (di fronte il cancello sulla strada) consente l’accesso diretto al lungomare Scardamiano di Aci castello. Il centro di Aci trezza si raggiunge in 5 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio privato. Molteplici lidi balneari in zona.Di fronte casa lo storico “Lido dei ciclopi”con piscina.
