To σπιτι μου βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου με ελαιόδεντρα πάνω από την Πάργα, με πανοραμική θέα στην πόλη, το Κάστρο, το λιμάνι . Αποτελείται από 4 κομψά studios, δύο χώρων το καθένα. Εξοπλισμένα με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σπιτιού (κουζίνα, μπάνιο, βεράντες, TV, air condition,intrnet ιδανικά και για οικογένειες που αγαπούν την ηρεμία, αλλά όχι την απομόνωση. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.
