Rio Pecos Adobe, Telluride CO

Very unique, authentic, and comfortable Southwest style home with tremendous charm and warmth, 12 miles down San Miguel Canyon from the historic town of Telluride, Colorado. Telluride is home to a world class ski area, two film festivals, several music festivals including Bluegrass in the summer and Chamber Music and Blues Festivals in the Fall. Telluride offers a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife. Sit on the sunny decks or enjoy a fire in one of the 3 Kiva style fireplaces throughout the house in winter or fall. Cook meals on a beautiful six burner stove in a kitchen with a fireplace called The Rio Pecos Cafe. Fifteen minutes to Telluride and a half hour drive to Ouray Hot Springs. There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

NEW LISTING. Let the river sing you to sleep! Located on the banks of the San Miguel River, this unique mountain retreat is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Telluride region. Guests have a private balcony overlooking the river, a stone fireplace, a large yard, ample parking and unlimited sounds of the mountains cascading down all around you! The Sawpit Mercantile is a few mintues up the road for provisions and libations and Telluride is 15 minutes away!

Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. The home has a 50" Smart TV, wireless internet, a ready to cook-in kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. The house also has a huge grassy yard, views in all directions, and plenty of parking for jeeps, truck and trailer combo, etc. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps four guests.

This is our home that we live in when not rented. We hope you will enjoy the conveniences of having a fully furnished home. WE DO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE Our three bedroom cozy house is located on a quiet street in the center of Ridgway. A block away from our cafe "Provisions at Barbershop" which serves brunch 8am-1 pm & dinner 5pm-8:00 pm. Enjoy our gourmet kitchen, large hot tub, & fenced front yard.
